All houses featured on this website offer the student the best in facilities and accommodation. As NRLA registered landlords  (1184940)- we are very serious about letting student property and being correct.

Who are we ?

We are a family run business who have over 20 years of experience providing quality and great value student accommodation. All houses detailed on this web site have current Gas Safety certificates and Emergency Contractor call out service.

Our Objectives

We aim to use our experience as students and from previous students to offer accommodation with emphasis to comfort and security. Primary aim is to create a home from home atmosphere.

Why we are different

Beware of contracts that lock you down on a 12month / 52 week contract - this can cost you a fortune before and after you have taken the keys !

We are NOT an agency so you will not pay any agency fees or unexpected extras

• Rents from only £80 per week (based on shared room on full floor level)

• Option of extending over summer

• Option of extending into the following year
